Property/Letting Management
REF PM help estate owners (landlords) to reduce their operating costs and enhance property values, while maintaining a safe working environment for tenants. We liaise between the landlord and/or the management firm operating on the landlord's and tenants behalf. Duties of our property management service include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, and providing a buffer for those landlords desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
